When it comes to our couples, we have two goals:
#1 Provide a stress-free planning process.
The planning process takes up 96% of the overall wedding experience. With our combined 50+ years of experience, weβve seen our fair share of weddings, timelines, and unique details. Weβll work with you to plan your timeline, coordinate with your other vendors, and give you access to our detailed planning tools. We want to make sure that the vision you have for your big day turns into a reality.
From our initial consultation to our easy-to-use online planning tools, we cover every detail about your music, audio, and lighting. Our proactive planning approach allows you to enjoy every minute of your wedding.

Thatβs what we want to see at the end of the evening! Smiles from our couples, their families, and their guests. If we see a sweat-stained shirt, bridesmaids heels kicked off to the side, or a groomsman with his tie tied around his head, we consider those an extra bonus and a sign of a successful night!
Plain and simple, we are in the business of celebrating love and happiness! We love happy couples and families.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Complete our contact form to set up your FREE initial consultation with us. Weβll discuss the specifics of your event either in person or virtually. After learning about your vision for your wedding, weβll confirm pricing and availability and discuss our process for working with our couples!

After meeting with us, your date will be held for one week - if you like us, weβll draft up a contract and a link to pay your retainer fee. Retainer fees are $500 and are applied to the total cost of services.

Once you book with us, your planning begins right away! And donβt worry, we have an app for that :)
Youβll get access to our Top 10 Wedding Playlists to help get you inspired for the types of music you want AND donβt want at your wedding, our 12-Month Planning Checklist, our Party Planning Tips Guide, and our Top 15 First Dance songs. We are available via email to answer any specific planning questions.

Within a week of your big day, weβll meet one last time to finalize all the details. Weβll ask any outstanding questions we have, run through what you can expect from us on the big day, and walk into your wedding day feeling confident that your audio, lighting, and DJ will be as expected!

Weβll arrive at your venue to set up our equipment, do sound checks, and be prepared before your guests arrive. Weβll check that microphones are working properly so that your guests can hear all speeches loud and clear! The reception audio, lighting, and DJ booth will be set up so you can have the ultimate walk-in after the ceremony. If youβve selected one of our enhancements, weβll test if the Photo Booth is working properly, monograms are clear, and fog effects are just right.
OUR PROCESS
PRICING
Our team operates in a Boutique-like fashion, and we tailor our services and approach for each and every event! We do not offer packages but build our pricing based on your production needs (DJ Equipment Needs) and any enhancements (Photo Booth, C02 Cannon etc) that you would like to add on as well.
Specific Event Pricing will be delivered via a proposal after we meet virtually to discuss specific needs and your overall vision.
Most Couples spend in the $2000 - $5000 range for our services.
ADD-ON PRICING
Uplighting | $400
Uplighting offers a great way to enhance the atmosphere of your event space. Our uplights have customizable colors and they βdanceβ along to your DJβs music as the party gets started. Amount of lights varies depending on the room size.
Static Monograms | $300
Animated Monogram | $350
Display your name, initials, or other event information using color, animation, and pictures. Monograms will be shown on the wall or floor and customized to your design preference. Static and animated options are available!
CO2 Cannon |
$300 for 1 I $450 for 2
This has become one of our most popular add-ons to your event! Our CO2 cannon shoots a cold blast of CO2 into the air above your dance floor. This will be operated by your DJ but we also allow our couples to shoot the cannon themselves! Our cannon is perfectly safe and makes for a truly fun experience (and great photos!)
Photo Booth | $550 (Social Sharing Only) +$250 for Prints
Give your guests photos to take home! Photo Booths come with props and an attendant so your guests can enjoy the photos without operating the booth. Single, photo layouts, GIFs, and Boomerangs are all options with our Photo Booth technology.
* Print Option also comes with a Scrapbook for guests to leave photos and a message!
Roamer I $500
Our mobile Roamer is a versatile and captivating addition to any event, bringing an instant dose of entertainment and creativity. Whether it's a spontaneous snapshot or a carefully composed portrait, the mobile photo booth brings a dash of spontaneity and a whole lot of fun to any gathering.

LED Foam Sticks I $60 for 50
As the sun sets and the evening unfolds, these light sticks come to life, emanating a gentle and captivating radiance. Our LED foam light sticks are not only visually captivating but also incredibly versatile. Use them to illuminate the dance floor, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to let loose and celebrate.
Dancing on a Cloud | $400
Feel like you're dancing on a cloud for your first dance. Our low lying fog effect will truly make your first dance seem magical. Fog effect will disappear after your first dance is over, opening your dance floor up to guests!
Photo Wall I $225
A fun interactive way for guests to take and share pictures of your event. Guests will text their photos and once they are approved by our staff they will be displayed for everything to see and enjoy. A photo album will be sent to all guests at the conclusion of your event. (Perfect for a selfie booth or DIY photo booth)

We only use top-of-the-line, brand-name equipment. We bring our own DJ Booths, lighting, and other enhancements to fit your vision for your event. We also offer a photo booth, uplighting, and projectors to make your event truly unique.

We have a network of DJs who can be contacted if needed. All money previously paid will go to the hiring of a new DJ if for some reason the previous DJ was unable to attend your event. However, in over 20 years, something like this has never happened. If an event is delayed due to COVID restrictions, any money paid on top of the retainer fee will be refunded. The retainer fee is used in order to hold another date with Mac Events.

For a wedding, it is recommended that you book a DJ at least six to twelve months before the wedding date. For school and corporate events, three to six months is plenty of time. If you need something last minute, weβll have DJs ready.

We would like for you to give your DJ a list of 25-30 songs consisting of different genres and artists that you would like, and a list of songs that you do not want to hear. This will give your DJ an idea of what kind of music you would like for the different parts of your event.
