  • We hold your date for up to one week after our consultation and are available to answer any questions or revisit details to ensure everything feels just right.

  • Ready to move forward? Secure your date with a signed contract and a $500 retainer fee, and we’ll begin preparing for your event.

OUR PROCESS

  • Gain access to your personalized planning portal, where you can select songs, review timelines, and provide important event details.

  • 10-14 days before your event, we’ll meet to confirm all details and finalize the flow of your event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • On the day of your event, we’ll arrive early to set up equipment and perform sound checks, ensuring your private event is as polished as it is fun.
