DO NOT PLACE OLDER GUESTS NEAR THE DJ - Generally older guests are not fond of louder music and being placed right by the sound system could be problematic.

MAKE SURE TO COMMUNICATE YOUR MUSICAL TASTES - We cater specifically to your likes and dislikes so if you do not communicate what type of music you like it will be hard to get that across.

DO NOT OVER ANALYZE YOUR TIMELINE FOR THE EVENING - Do not worry about specific times things may or may not happen once you set the flow of events that you would like we can fill in the time with a estimate knowing we may be ahead or behind schedule we can adjust on the fly the night of.

PLACE THE DJ NEAR THE DANCE FLOOR - Do not stick the DJ is some off corner where it will be difficult for the Dance floor to interact with him throughout the evening. Also will not get the same lighting and sound effect as well.

THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE - When working on the venue “lay out” remember this simple rule. The Dance Floor, Bar(s) and Photo Booth all need to be in the main reception hall. Your guests will naturally gravitate to these areas – that is where the fun is! When the Bar(s) or Photo Booth (or dreadfully both!) are located outside of the main reception hall (in the foyer/hallway) your guests will be MIA on the Dance Floor.

WORK WITH YOUR DJ - about 3-4 weeks out on your timeline and song choices. Get a working agenda in place early – adjustments are easy to make along they way. Waiting until the week prior to your wedding only adds stress to your already busy schedule and increases the chance that an important detail might get missed. Plan Proactively not Re actively!

MAKE SURE YOU REMEMBER THIS IS YOUR BIG DAY! - Schedule things that YOU want to do, and make sure that if a certain tradition does not fit your vision you do not have to include it. Make this day about you and your significant other!!
